"Update- unfortunately over the past few years the communication and billing has gone way down hill. The last year we had constant billing issues (some never were resolved and we’ve never had any accidents or anything so should be a simple account) and decided to cancel our policy because of this on 2/3/2025. We were told we would get refunds for our 3 cancelled policies with 7-10 business days. We received the refund checks for the 2 smaller refunds pretty quickly. The larger ($300+) never arrived. Contacted 2 weeks after cancellation and was told it was sent to another address (which we never had on our homeowners policy and the other checks didn’t get sent there). No worries they send a new check to current . I called in multiple times for updates and finally on 3/12/25(almost 5 weeks after cancellation) was told the check was never mailed and second time. They said they mailed it as a priority and I would get it within 3 days. It’s now 9 days later and nothing. I called in and emailed and the response is not any type of apology or care that it’s been 6 weeks of dealing with this for my refund. It just confirms why I decided to switch carriers. This branch goes above and beyond! Been using them for over a year and couldn’t be happier. Pricing is great but the service and communication is outstanding. Only con is that I’ve not been impressed with the roadside assistance the one time I tried to use it. But I understand those are 3rd party contractors. 100% recommend!!"

"These guys at State Farm -- Greg Rideout and Clayton Thomson are the best. "When I was talking to a friend they told me that they had some good quotes for home shops cars ,ect ect I was like sure let’s give them a call.
