Edit: my experience with this agency has gone down hill, fast. The two stars is because you can still call and talk to a person, and Zeke is nice and really tries to fix the issues. But the billing practices here are predatory and incorrect. They have messed up my bill several times, and it for whatever reason takes 3 to 4 weeks to correct their error and I am supposed to assume they will credit me the difference later, but I still have to pay the high, incorrect amount now. Yeah right. Last time I called about my billing error, I was also told when they set up my policy, they just arbitrarily said I drive 15k to 17k miles a year, so I am paying higher prices for mileage. In actuality, I drive 3000 miles per year now. I have a 15 year old vehicle that has 112k miles on it, drastically below the national average. No one could tell me why it was underwritten that way, and the only way for them to fix it is for me to put a tracker in my car, which I absolutely will not do. I am sick of the deceptive billing and strongly considering switching insurances, or contacting the Colorado Division of Insurance, because this is ridiculous on every level."
